I am a British-Italian Designer and Strategy Lead with 15 years of experience in Product Design, Service Design, and Experience Strategy within large multinational companies. I currently lead product and service design teams at American Express Global Business Travel. I have a broad skill set, combining strong working knowledge of business and technical infrastructure, with a solid background in design, facilitating impact across varied capability contexts. 

I approach each project through a strategic and systems-level lens, combining business thinking with product and service design. My work is grounded in a holistic understanding of people, organisations, technology infrastructures and the ecosystems they operate within. By working across disciplines, I translate complexity into clear, actionable and scalable outcomes.

I bring this multidisciplinary approach to work across diverse industries, including with international agencies and global organisations such as BP, Lloyds Banking Group, Pearson, Fjord, Ogilvy, AKQA, and M&C Saatchi. I’ve led and contributed to the design of end-to-end, user-centred products, services, strategies, and organisational frameworks for global markets. 

My analytical and strategic, yet attuned and responsive approach to business and design-oriented leadership, facilitates alignment within cross-functional teams. I reliably enable productive conversations with engineers and technology leaders, translate business and user needs into feasible technical solutions, and confidently scope, frame, shape and deliver complex initiatives.

Complementing my professional experience, I pursued a Postgraduate degree in Business, which enhanced my applied understanding of economics, marketing, and business analytics, and further developed my expertise at the intersection of business and design.

(Key Achievements)

·  Two UX patents for children-focused digital interfaces, formally recognised by the United States Patent Office.

·  Built and managed a design community of practice of over 20 designers in the UK, supporting skill growth, shared knowledge, and high-quality design

· Delivered end-to-end design and experience strategy for a credit score capability that surpassed the year-end target of 4 million registered customers, reaching over 6 million. The initiative received recognition through FS Tech Awards and was cited by authoritative institutions such as TrustUnion.

· Optimised transaction loss through service design and experience strategy, achieving an 8% reduction in year-on-year losses by introducing a new organisational framework and data-informed design improvements.

· Led end-to-end design and experience strategy for a maths learning app for teenagers, launched during COVID for the South African market. The product earned 4-star ratings on both Android and iOS stores and received national acknowledgement through eNCA broadcast and major newspaper coverage.

· Professional learning: Distinction awarded for Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management at the University of Essex, which enhanced my applied understanding of economics, marketing, and business analytics, and further developed my expertise at the intersection of business and design.
