You’re already running late, and you have absolutely no ideas about what you should wear. Kim is a mobile application that tries to simplify this scenario, especially during the morning, reducing frustration (this is a short diagram of our User’s Journey).
Lorenzo is a Senior Manager at Barilla Digital, Milano (35 years old).
He has a girlfriend and loves hi-tech, sport and music.
He has iPhone 8 and Android, and Windows PC.
Lorenzo appreciates several websites like Amazon, Zalando, Yoox, Asos, Spotify, and Corriere Della Sera.
After a long brainstorming (to identify goals, problems, and challenge) we designed a simple proto-personas, an archetype reflecting our user. Sadly we hadn’t enough time to create an entire personas from UX Research.
I worked closely with a UX Team to define the structure and all information architecture about our digital product. So, we designed an entire Wireflow, a combination of wireframes and flowcharts.
The challenge was to create a new brand. I split my assignments among Moodboard, Competitor Review, Benchmark, and Diagrams to understand what was the best direction in terms of UI, branding, and Design.
I designed the fundamental components, defining: color, typography, button, icons, card. The original idea was to create an entire system, working directly with e Front End Team.
I tried to duplicate a “clean approach” concerning the relationship between space and typography.
Also, I reduced some functionality, building a simple, clear structure for our users.
Close integration between an e-commerce platform and several brands like Hogan, Gucci, Dolce and Prada.
I provided an entire microinteraction library. From my side, I tried to reproduce all aspects of a good design process: trigger, rules, feedback, loop & mood.
